Cranmore Inn’s highest priority is the health, safety & security of our guests, employees and business partners.
The Cranmore Inn is currently closed to the general public through May 31, 2020. We are awaiting guidance from the governor of New Hampshire to determine when we can reopen. If you are an emergency worker or are in need of emergency housing you can call us at 603-356-5502 to make a reservation.
Cranmore Inn’s highest priority is the health, safety and security of our guests, employees and business partners. We have been welcoming families and individuals since 1863 and are fortunate to live in a beautiful area that many people from near and far love to visit. Once we have been given the green light to reopen, we encourage you to stay at the Cranmore Inn recognizing that we are living in a new age, with COVID-19 front and center for all of us.
We are grateful for the trust our guests have shown the Cranmore Inn through the years. We want everyone to understand what we are doing today and planning for in the near future in the areas of cleanliness, hygiene, and social distancing so that when they walk through the doors of our Inn, they know our commitment to their health and safety, and that of our staff, is our priority.
The Cranmore Inn has a long tradition of emphasizing cleanliness in the care of guestrooms and in our public spaces. We are taking a thoughtful approach to set an even higher bar of cleanliness and have developed new holistic guest interaction protocols designed to continue to take care of our guests and staff. We also continue to monitor the latest advice and recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO), the CDC and local authorities.
Safety for our guests and staff has always been a top priority. By providing this information and establishing these protocols, we want our guests to know that we are doing everything we can to welcome them back to a safe and clean environment. We will continue to review the situation regularly and advise staff and guests on appropriate measures to take. We remain vigilant and will work closely with all authorities for the health and safety of all. Thank you for choosing the Cranmore Inn and we look forward to welcoming you.
The Cranmore Inn will follow all guidelines from the NH governor regarding residency and quarantine requirements from potential guests. In addition, we will not accept reservations from guests who live in an area currently identified as a COVID-19 hotspot, who have recently travelled to an area identified as a COVID-19 hotspot, who have had recent contact with someone with COVID-19, or anyone who has shown COVID-19 symptoms (including fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell) in the two weeks prior to their arrival.
Temporary adjustments to our cancellation policy due to COVID-19
Given the COVID-19 pandemic we will allow free cancellations related to bookings for travelers when we are notified 14 days in advance of the reservation arrival date. In addition, so long as we have at least 24 hours advance notice, we will grant free cancellations for any traveler who feels they have been exposed to the virus or who may be showing symptoms (fever, cough, respiratory problems).
Given the COVID-19 pandemic we will be following the guidelines as outlined in Cranmore Inn COVID19 Operating Guidelines.
