Our rates are based on occupancy, seasonality and room type. All rates below are quoted per night for one room at double occupancy (two people). Add $15 per night to add a third occupant, or subtract $15 from quoted rates for single occupancy rooms. Contact us for children's rates and to determine the season of your intended visit. Room rates for Main Inn rooms include our bountiful country breakfast served each morning (breakfast is not included in our Kitchen Unit rates, but is available as an option on a space-available basis). Room rates are subject to an 8% New Hampshire Meals & Rooms Tax.
