• Our new seven person outdoor hot tub is in, regardless of the time of year, bring your suit, the water is a comfortable 104 F, just the perfect way to unwind under the stars with friends and a glass of wine after a hard day on the slopes, exploring the trails or roaming the isles of the shops of North Conway.

• We've installed a gas fireplace in the main living room, ambience and warmth with the click of the remote, it doesn't get any easier.

• Breakfast is the mainstay of every bed and breakfast, we're expanding our menu, our existing fixed menu, will change daily depending on the whim of our chef to include, stuffed French toast, banana bread French toast, fresh muffins, omelets, etc.

• In response to our guest requests, we have two dog friendly rooms, an up charge for bringing Fido is $10.00, they are room 101 and 102, our connecting bath rooms off the living room. Please inquire about our rules concerning Fido, when booking.
