• Boston - I-95, Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16), US 302 - 135 miles
• Portland - US 302, NH 16 - 65 miles
• Hartford and South - I-86 to I-90 (Mass. Turnpike) to I-495 to I-95 to Spaulding Turnpike (NH 16) to US 302.

From the north: Follow Route 302 east. Route 302 east joins Route 16 south to become Main Street in North Conway. Turn left at the 2nd set of traffic lights in North Conway Village onto Kearsarge Street. The Cranmore Inn is one block on the left.

From the south: Route 16 becomes Main Street in North Conway. At the first traffic light after McDonald's Restaurant (approximately 2 miles north of McDonald's and Staples) turn right onto Kearsarge Street. The Cranmore Inn is one block down on the left. Non-business route: At the first traffic light in Conway, turn left onto Washington Street. This becomes West Side Road. Follow this approximately 4 miles to a stop sign. Turn right (east) onto River Road. Take this to Route 16. Turn right (heading south) to the next traffic light. Turn left on to Kearsarge Street.
